Biography
Tuuli Takala is a soprano from Helsinki, Finland, praised for her luscious voice (HBL), captivating stage radiance (Helsingin Sanomat) and her rich timbre and brilliant coloratura singing (Opernwelt Magazine). She performs regularly both in her native Finland and at renowned opera stages of the world. In addition to guest appearances in opera and in concerts, she is also a member of the soloist ensemble of the famed Semperoper Dresden in Germany since 2015. In the season 2021-22 Tuuli will make her house debut at Staatsoper Hamburg as Konstanze in a new production of Mozart’s Die Entführung aus dem Serail, followed by La Traviata at the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki.
