The young baritone Hongyu Chen, born in Inner Mongolia, completed his concert exam in 2017 with honors at the Saar University of Music. He also completed his master's degree with distinction at the Mannheim Opera School with Rudolf Piernay. His teachers include KS. Eva Randova and KS. Eva Marton.As a multiple prizewinner in international competitions, he won the 53rd International Singing Competition by Anton Dvorak (Czech Republic), the 18th International Singing Competition by Ada Sari (Poland), the 18th International Singing Competition by Imrich Godin (Slovakia), the Concours de Chant Lyrique à Paris UPMCF (France), 5th Int.
