Jeffrey Hartman in 2022 sang Calaf in TURANDOT at the Regensburg Theater with great success, Opera Magazine wrote "Jeffrey Hartman as Calaf possesses a thoroughly heroic tenor, which nevertheless always remains supple, and is also convincing as an actor" (Klaus Kalchschmid). Likewise in 2022, Mr. Hartman filled in for Gregory Kunde as a rehearsal cover for Calaf in TURANDOT at the Hamburg State Opera. He made his Austrian debut, as well as his role debut, as Jean de Leyde in Meyerbeer's LE PROPHÈTE at the Landestheater Linz. The media reported "the voice of the American tenor is a like expensive velvet". Prior to his Linz engagement, he returned to Hong Kong for the role of Pinkerton in Musica Viva Hong Kong's production of MADAMA BUTTERFLY, and made his Polish debut as Don José in CARME
