Italian conductor and pianist Jonathan Santagada has an established presence with several of the leading opera houses, symphonic orchestras and festivals of Europe. This season he made his Teatro La Fenice's debut in Venice conducting an opera gala, he conducted the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin preparing a LIVE recording of Tosca and he worked on "Gianni Schicchi, il film", the first film by director Damiano Michieletto, an ambitious project that sees, for the first time in the world, singers singing LIVE on a film set. He will take part in the summer season of the Arena di Verona as assistant conductor to the musical director, Maestro Marco Armiliato, for the productions of Carmen, Aida, Traviata and Turandot.
