In 1999, he made his debut at the Open Air Classic Festival in Berlin with soprano Montserrat Caballe, under the direction of maestro José Collado. "His Vocal projection demonstrated a robust voice of great caliber and also shone high in the repertoire of operetta and zarzuela" Astrid Weidauer, Berliner Morgenpost, Berlin.
