It was an old dream of Evgeny Kissin, to perform in recital the song cycle Diechterliebe , one of Robert Schumann's most beautiful creations. For Kissin, this is a work in which the pianist is offered a much richer place than that of a simple accompanist. The realization of this dream is now happening, in partnership with Matthias Goerne, one of the most magnetic voices in lyrical singing, especially brilliant in the interpretation of the great Lieder repertoire , which also includes the songs of Johannes Brahms.

Era um sonho antigo de Evgeny Kissin, tocar em recital o ciclo de canções Diechterliebe, uma das mais belas criações de Robert Schumann. Para Kissin, esta é uma obra em que ao pianista é oferecido um lugar muito mais rico do que o de simples acompanhador. A concretização desse sonho acontece agora, em parceria com Matthias Goerne, uma das mais magnéticas vozes do canto lírico, especialmente brilhante na interpretação do grande reportório de Lieder, onde se incluem também as canções de Johannes Brahms.
