La Bohème Puccini

Puccini’s La Bohème tells the romantic tale of a group of friends in Paris as they search for love in the City of Light. A perennial favorite, the opera features instantly recognizable and soaring melodies, elevating the emotional impact of the tragic love story.  The production will showcase a cast of top emerging talent in a fully-staged production at the Dorothy Jemison Day Theater.

Featuring members of the Opera Birmingham Chorus and Alabama Symphony Orchestra.

 Sung in Italian with projected English translations. Performance length is approximately two hours with one intermission.
