Veure elenc i equipIn the season 2020/21 Maria Bengtsson will return to the Staatsoper Berlin as Governess in Turn of the Screw and will sing the Countess in Capriccio at Oper Leipzig. She will make further role debuts as Ellen Orford in a new production of Peter Grimes at the Teatro Real Madrid and as Blanche in a new production of Dialogue des Carmelites at Oper Frankfurt. Recent season highlights include the title role in Rusalka and Clara in the world premiere of Christian Jost’s Egmont at the Theater an der Wien, Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) and Verdi’s Messa da Requiem at Staatsoper Hamburg, Fiordiligi at Teatro San Carlo in Naples under the baton of Riccardo Muti, her participation in Calixto Bieito’s scenic version of Verdi’s Messa da Requiem at Staatsoper Hamburg and a scenic interpretation of Mend
