Biografia
Italian mezzo-soprano and contralto Romina Boscolo made her debut at a very young age in cities such as Genoa, Turin, Bologna, Cologne, Saarbrücken, Ankara, Parma, Sassari, and São Paulo, performing roles such as Ramiro (La Finta Giardiniera), Isabella (L'Italiana in Algeri), Adalgisa (Norma), Ottavia (L’incoronazione di Poppea), and Ulrica (Un Ballo in Maschera), as well as Ciesca (Gianni Schicchi), Donna Peppenella (Napoli Milionaria!), and Carmen. In 2017, she appeared in the role of Polinesso (Ariodante) at the Lübeck Theater. She first appeared in Wiesbaden in 2014 and 2015 as the Voice from Above (Die Frau ohne Schatten) and the Old Lady ("Candide"), and she sang the Voice of the Mother (Les contes d'Hoffmann).
