Livia Sabag holds a degree in Performing Arts from the University of São Paulo. In 2016 she signed the staging of Elektra, by R. Strauss, in the Municipal Theater of São Paulo. In 2015 she staged Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro in the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, a production originally designed for Theatro São Pedro de São Paulo and a finalist for the Concerto 2014 Prize. In the same year she staged Salomé by R. Strauss at Theatro Municipality of São Paulo. Salomé was the winner of the Concerto 2014 Award in the opera category and was elected the best opera by the specialized jury of Folha de São Paulo.
