Anja Kühnhold

Anja Kühnhold, a seasoned director, assistant director and stage manager completed her degree in Stage Direction at the HfM Hanns Eisler Berlin. Ms. Kühnhold worked as an assistant director, stage manager, and in the artistic operations office for the Berlin State Opera, in addition to other companies during her course of study. From the season 2010/11, Ms. Kühnhold worked as the assistant director at the Staatstheater Mainz, and in 2013 during Wagner’s bicentennial year, she coordinated operations between Leipzig Opera and the Bayreuth Festival, before returning to the Staatstheater Mainz as the artistic production manager.
