Biography
Salzburg-based Swedish soprano Annika Sandberg graduated in 2022 from University Mozarteum with a Master in Lied and Oratorio under the tutelages of Andreas Macco (Voice) and Wolfgang Holzmair (Lied). She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University College of Opera in Stockholm, where she studied with the Swedish court singer Anita Soldh. Together with the pianist Juliane Sophie Ritzmann, Sandberg won 1st Prize in the Grosser Liedpreis von HIDALGO, in Munich, October 2023. Just a few weeks earlier the duo also reached the semifinals of International Schubert Competition Dortmund.
