The countertenor opens the season 19/20 with a concert tour with Bachakademie Stuttgart, which brings him as well to China. Afterwards he returns to Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin to sing in Purcell’s King Arthur and Scarlatti’s Il primo omicidio under the baton of René Jacobs, with whom he enjoys a regular cooperation. Collegium 1704 and Vaclav Luks contracted him for Handel‘s Messiah in Prague, Dresden, Versailles, Antwerpen, Brügge and Amsterdam, followed by a tour with Bach‘s Mass b-minorwith René Jacobs conducting and concerts with Bachakademie Stuttgart as well as at Bachfest Leipzig. Important engagents of the last seasons include his debut at Carnegie Hall N
