Biography
Before specializing in music Cécile De Boever completed her language studies (English, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian). After completing her studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon she was awarded a scholarship from the french government to specialize in Opera at the Musikhochschule in Vienna. Cécile De Boever started her carreer as coloratura soprano and could be heard as Susanna in LE NOZZE DI FIGARO, as Olympia in LES CONTES D’HOFFMANN, as Blondchen in ENTFÜHRUNG AUS DEM SERAIL, Despina in COSI FAN TUTTE, as Zerlina in DON GIOVANNI, Marioné in LA VEDOVA SCALTRA, Ännchen in DER FREISCHÜTZ, Oscar in GUSTAVE III, Valencienne in LUSTIGE WITWE, Adele in DIE FLEDERMAUS, Fünfte Magd in ELEKTRA, Karolka in JENUFA.
