Biography
Christina Maria Gass made her first experiences as a soloist at the age of four in her father's choirs. The young soprano was trained as an adolescent by the chamber singer Andrzej Saciuk and prepared for her singing studies at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. There she studied with Prof. Rachel Robins. During this time, she twice received the Folkwang UdK Excellence Scholarship for outstanding achievements. She was awarded a scholarship from the Richard Wagner Scholarship Foundation in Bayreuth and in 2013 won the Engelbert Humperdinck Prize at the Cantando-Parlando Sankt Augustin song duo competition.
