Cristina Barbieri

Cristina Barbieri graduated "cum laude" at the " Girolamo Frescobaldi" Conservatory of Ferrara  Italy . She has studied further with Magda Olivero and Ferruccio Tagliavini at the "Accademia Lirica" in Parma (Italy)She has studied with Alain Billard, Marie christine Billard, P.Venturi, A.Pola, R.Kabaivanska, D.Dorow, W.Salio, A.Bosman, R.Kettelson, and recently she has attended M.Freni’s Master Class She was a Finalist of the XXXII National "Verdi-Toscanini" Voice Competition of Parma and in 1992 she was one of the winners of the " Luciano Pavarotti-Philadelphia Opera Company International Voice Competition" (USA). She was one of the Winners of the "Operalia Competition Placido Domingo" in 1994. She partecipated in the 1988-89 season at the Teatro Comunale of Modena( ITALY) in Puccini's "Ma
