Biography
Dimitri Scarlato is a conductor/composer with a broad experience in classical, operatic and contemporary classic music, at both educational and professional level. He studied conducting at the prestigious Conservatorio di Musica S.Cecilia in Rome, and has refined his skills by attending several masterclasses in Russia, Germany, Italy and Bulgaria studying with Milen Nachev, Alexander Polyanichko and Riccardo Frizza, focussing on the Ilya Musin conducting technique. He conducted concerts, workshops and recording sessions in Italy, Russia, Bulgaria, Malta, Czech Republic, Slovakia and UK. His music has been performed in several venues across Europe such as the Barbican Hall and the Cadogan Hall in London and Gran Teatro La Fenice in Venice.
