Bio: MOISÉS MOLÍN Spanish tenor and actor, he studied in Bologna with Paride Venturi and in Saint Petersburg (Russia) with Elena Rubin. From 2000-2004, he trained as an actor at the Juan Carlos Corazza Actor’s Studio and he obtained in 2009 a BA in singing at the Escuela Superior de Canto de Madrid. Lyric-spinto tenor with a voice in continuous development, he has attended master classes with prestigious opera professionals, specially with Salvatore Fisichella. Moisés has successfully performed the roles of Alfredo, Ismaele, Cassio, Canio, Riccardo, Cavaradossi, Radames,Turiddu, Florestan, Pinkerton, Calaf and Don José. In 2015, Moisés Molín has received the First prize at The Zamboki International Competition of Vocal Arts in Jerusalem (Israel). During these initial debut years Moises has appeared in over a thousand concerts and he has gained valuable experience performing leading roles in more than three hundred opera productions in Spain, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Russia, Japan, Israel, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Romania and Portugal. The 2019/2020 just before pandemic the professional schedule was very special one for Moisés. In september 2019 he has sung in two productions as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly. In november he has made his debut as Radames in Aida and in december he has perfermed as Alfredo in Traviata. In 2020 he would have performed his debut as Pollione in Norma and he would have performed as Calaf in Turandot, as Canio en I Pagliacci, as Don Jose in Carmen, as Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana and again in new productions as Radames, Alfredo and Cavaradossi. In february 2018, he has sung at the Musikverein Goldener Saal in Wien, at the Mozarteum Grosser Hall in Salzburg and at the Croatian Music Institut in Zagreb in the Mozart Requiem to be conducted by Miran Vaupotic. In opera José Moises Molin has also also performed in new productions in 2018/2019 as Alfredo in La Traviata, as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly, as Cavaradossi in Tosca conducted by Michael Kohler and as Danilo in The Merry Widow in Spain. In concert he has performed as Toni in West Side Story in the Sala Mozart Auditorio Zaragoza an as Don Jose in a Opera and Flamenco versión of Carmen. In addition from april 2018 to april 2018 he has succesfully develop a new opera and zarzuela concert tour in mediterranean cities from Alicante to Valletta (Malta), Sicily, Israel etc including all the most emblematic spanish touristic places. In Spain, Italy and Mexico, paralell to his stage career, he is currently developing his own educational project, Ópera y Vida Sostenible, an initiative which aims to fostering the love for opera among the young, in privileged natural enclaves, in order to secure a public for great opera’s productions. As an actor, Moisés Molín has worked with film director Liberto Rabal in the films "Huellas" and "La Esquina".
