Bio: Mezzosoprano Natalia Staroverova was born in Saint-Petersburg. She completed her studies in the conducting at choir departement of the Rimsky-Korsakov music college in St.Petetsburg. In 2007 she completed the vocal departement of St.Petersburg's Rimsky-Korsakov conservatiry bei Eugenia Gorokhovskya. Natalia continued her musical education at Zürich' s university of arts as well as at the university of arts Bern she did a master specialized, wuch she completed with honourse in 2015. Learning variouse vocal schools, she participated in master classes led by Hartmut Höll, Dunja Vejzovic, Hans Peter Blochwitz, Vincenzo Manno, Vesselina Kazarova. Natalia is the recipient of scholarships from Max Husmann, Lyra und Gamil foundations. Natalia's opera debut was in 2010 on the stage of the Rimsky-Korsakov theater as Olga in Chaikovsky's Eugeny Onegin. Since then, she has sung numerous times the parts of Didona ( G.Purcell Didona and Aeneas) and Laura ( Chaikovsky Iolanta) in that opera house. In 2013 Natalia received an Prize at the vocal competition Schlossoper Haldenstein in Chur ( Switzerland). The same year, she debuted the role of Maddalena in Verdi's Rigoletto in the Chur's theater under the conducting of Sebastian Tewinkel. Since then, Natalia successfully performed at Zurich Tonhalle ( philharmonic hall), in the Lindau' theater ( Germany) and in Haldenstein castle in Switzerland. In cooperation with and under the guidance of Francois-Xavier Roth she performed in 2015 the role if Mary in the Wagner's opera Fliegender Hollaender in Bern. In 2015 she performed a songs recital at the Yehudi Menuhin Forum in Bern. According to the press, « Natalia' voice not only filled the hall, but also the hurts of the audience». In 2015-2016 Natalia was an assistant of proff. of singing Brigitte Wohlfart at the university of arts in Bern. Among Jose Carreras, Lawrence Brownlee, Vittorio Grigolo, Ambrogio Maestri she performed in 2015 at Solothurn Classics festival in Switzerland, she performed Carmen in the concert Stars of tomorrow , which was held within Solothurn classics festival. The same year she performed on the stage o culture casino in Bern in cooperation with Biel-Solothurn orchestra. Season 2017/2018 she was encembler member if Bern's theater in Switzerland, along with opera roles in theater she performed a mezzosoprano's solo in « Die erste Walpurgisnacht» Mendessohn and Dixit Dominus Haendel.
