Sidney Walker

Native Hawaiian mezzo-soprano, Sidney Walker, has been described as a “stunning performer”, who “radiates security as an artist.” She enjoyed recent success, making it to the finals of the Musica Riva Festival and the semi-finals of the L’assoluta Virginia Zeani Grand Prix in Romania. She recently relocated to Berlin after graduating from the University of Minnesota with an MM in Vocal Performance. On the stage, she has compellingly portrayed many of the significant roles from the standard repertoire including Humperdinck’s Hansel, Strauss’ Komponist, Rossini’s Isabella, and Mozart’s Dorabella. Alongside the classic repertoire, she is also a passionate singer and supporter of new music, collaborating with living composers including Robert Aldrige, Herschel Garfein, and Laura Kaminsky. She
