Yajie Zhang

Yajie Zhang is a member of the ensemble at Oper Leipzig since the 2022/23 season. In Leipzig, she is appearing as Hänsel in Humperdinck's Hänsel und Gretel, Suzuki in Madama Butterfly, Nora in La Traviata, as Page in Strauss' Salome and other roles. At the Opéra national de Paris, she appears in John Adams' Nixon in China under the baton of music director Gustavo Dudamel, alongside Renée Fleming and Thomas Hampson.
