Big topics need big music. Thomas Zaufke composed it: his melodically catchy, effective songs, some with reference to classics from Bach to Beethoven and well-known musical predecessors, are embedded in a sound that imagines orchestral abundance through synthesizer reinforcement. The small band, led by Hans-Peter Kirchberg, is audibly enjoying it. "Sorry" is the name of a song that exposes the word as an inflationary phrase. But the team doesn't need to apologize for the musical. It is the best entertainment with its finger on the pulse.
