Giorgio Valenta

Giorgio Valenta studied with Walter Berry in Vienna and with Rodolfo Celletti in Italy. His Engagements have taken him to Catania to the Leipzig Opera, the Tetaro Verdi in Padua and the Prague State Opera, where he sang Ferrando in Così fan tutte, Count Almaviva in Il barbiere di Sevilla, Alfredo in La Traviata, Danilo in Lehar’s Die Lustige Witwe and Sou-Chong in Das Land des Lächelns. Recently he was guest at the Tyrol Festival Erl under Gustav Kuhn singing operas by Ludwig van Beethoven and Richard Wagner.
