British baritone Jack Lee is a recent graduate of the Royal Academy of Music in London and a member of the Opernstudio of the Wiener Staatsoper 2022-2024. Previous roles have included Ramiro in L’heure Espagnole, Papageno in Die Zauberflöte and Peter Besenbinder in Hänsel und Gretel. Jack was a member of the Glyndebourne Festival Chorus for their 2022 Festival, performing in operas such as The Wreckers and La bohème. He was a finalist in the 2021 Kathleen Ferrier Awards, chaired by Sir Thomas Allen, and has twice been a semi-finalist in the International Handel Singing Competition. A regular concert performer, Jack has been a soloist in a vast range of oratorios. Most recently, he performed the baritone solos for Vaughan William’s Sea Symphony and Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana.
