Jesús León

Mexican tenor living in Vienna, Austria. The mexican tenor Jesús León studied at the UCLA Opera Studio, at the Solti Accademia di Bel Canto, at the Boston Opera Institute and was a member of the Domingo-Thornton Young Artist Program at Los Angeles Opera. In Italy he trained under the guidance of the legendary soprano Mirella Freni, who granted him the Nicolai Ghiaurov scholarship. His 2022-2023 season include the roles of Arnoldo in William tell by Rossini with Irish National Opera, Nadir in Les Pecheurs de perles at Palacio de Bellas Artes Mexico, Messa di Gloria by Puccini with the Liverpool Orchestra conducted by Domingo Hyndoyan and broacasted by the BBC Radio 3 and second album recording as concerts with the Munchner Symphoniker Orchestra.
