Joseph Dennis

The Texas-born tenor Joseph Dennis studied at the New York-based Juilliard School and has been honored with numerous awards, including the top prize at the Gerda Lissner Foundation competition. After winning the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, he secured various engagements in the United States. Notably, he performed as Boris in "Katya Kabanova" at Seattle Opera, Des Grieux in the Emmy-winning production of "Manon," and Števa in "Jenůfa" at Des Moines Metro Opera and the Spoleto Festival in the world premiere of Huang Ruo's "Paradise Interrupted" (in the original language: Mandarin).
