Mit der Uraufführung von Toshio Hosokawas Violinkonzert „Genesis“ war Veronika Eberle 2021 im Rahmen des internationalen Musikfests Hamburg pandemiebedingt nur digital zu erleben. Nun gibt es ein echtes Wiedersehen mit dem Philharmonischen Staatsorchester Hamburg: Eberle spielt mit dem ungarischen Klaviervirtuosen Dénes Várjon Alban Bergs Kammerkonzert, eine Komposition, die auf der Kombination von drei Instrumentengruppen basiert: Streicher, Tasteninstrument und Bläser. Dazu erklingt eine Hommage an „klassische Maßstäbe“, die allerdings dem Herzen der Romantik entsprang: Robert Schumanns 2. Symphonie.

With the world premiere of Toshio Hosokawa's violin concerto "Genesis", Veronika Eberle could only be experienced digitally in 2021 as part of the Hamburg International Music Festival due to the pandemic. Now there is a real reunion with the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra: Eberle plays Alban Berg's chamber concerto with the Hungarian piano virtuoso Dénes Várjon, a composition based on the combination of three instrument groups: strings, keyboard instrument and wind instruments. This is accompanied by a homage to “classical standards”, which, however, originated in the heart of Romanticism: Robert Schumann's 2nd symphony.
