Director Damiano Michieletto and stage designer Paolo Fantin have been working together artistically since they worked together for the Graz Ring Award in 2004. Costume designer Carla Teti has also been part of the team since 2004. Together they realized works at opera houses in Italy, the Netherlands, Zurich, London, Salzburg, Vienna, Paris and Berlin. Since 2008, lighting designer Alessandro Carletti has also been part of Michieletto's creative circle.

At the podium of the new production of Aida is Daniele Rustioni from Milan, a specialist in the Italian genre who has already taken him to the world's great opera houses from New York to Milan. In Munich he has been principal guest conductor since 2021 and can be seen with productions by Verdi, Puccini, Berlioz and in concerts

Seit ihrer Zusammenarbeit für den Grazer Ring Award 2004 gehen Regisseur Damiano Michieletto und Bühnenbildner Paolo Fantin künstlerisch gemeinsame Wege. Ebenfalls seit 2004 mit im Team ist Kostümbildnerin Carla Teti. Zusammen setzten sie Arbeiten an Opernhäusern in Italien, den Niederlanden, Zürich, London, Salzburg, Wien, Paris und Berlin um. Seit 2008 gehört auch Lichtdesigner Alessandro Carletti in den kreativen Kreis um Michieletto.

Am Pult der Neuproduktion von Aida steht mit dem Mailänder Daniele Rustioni ein Spezialist für das italienische Fach, das ihn bereits an die großen Opernhäuser der Welt von New York bis Mailand geführt hat. In München ist er seit 2021 Erster Gastdirigent und mit Produktionen von Verdi, Puccini, Berlioz sowie in Konzerten zu erleben.
