Johann Sebastián Jazz es un juego musical mediante el cual se van descubriendo, como en el ajedrez, las infinitas posibilidades que ofrece la telaraña contrapuntística y armónica de Bach. Porque lo que la hace tan genial y singular la música de Bach es su sencillez y complejidad extremas. Los temas que Bach utiliza son pocos y sencillos, pero su desarrollo y las posibles combinaciones de todos ellos permiten que surjan infinitas obras musicales. Dentro de este universo sonoro, el músico clásico y el de jazz, en inspirado diálogo, pueden navegar, jugar, sugerir, crear y recrear, ofreciendo al público una nueva forma de vivir y escuchar Bach.

Johann Sebastian Jazz is a musical game where we go discovering (as with a game of chess) the infinite possibilities offered by the contrapuntal and harmonic web of Bach. Because what makes Bach’s music so brilliant and unique is its extremes of simplicity and complexity. He uses only a few simple themes but the development and possible combinations of all of these allow for limitless musical works. In this sonorous universe of an inspired dialogue between classical music and jazz, we will navigate, play, suggest, create and recreate. And the audience will experience a new way of living and listening to the music of Bach.
