Ce concert joyeux vous permettra de faire connaissance avec Ka Hou Fan, nouveau chef assistant de l’Opéra Orchestre, qui dirige ici l’Orchestre national montpellier pour la première fois ! Le programme débute par une pièce de la compositrice d’origine chinoise Dai Wei, très inspirée par le métissage des musiques classique, pop, électro et acoustique, à la croisée de l’innovation et de la tradition. La philosophie orientale l’intéresse pour créer des œuvres à résonance contemporaine comportant une dimension d’introspection qui résout la tension entre ces mondes différents. C’est cette même image d’un monde apaisé que nous renvoie aussi la 6e Symphonie « Pastorale » ; de Beethoven, qui voyait s’y refléter son plaisir de pouvoir errer dans les bois, les forêts, parmi les arbres, les herbes et les rochers. Une image rafraîchissante et pleine d’émotion de la fraîche campagne des environs de Vienne.

This joyful concert will allow you to get to know Ka Hou Fan, new assistant conductor of the Opera Orchestra, who is conducting the Orchester national montpellier here for the first time! The program begins with a piece by the composer of Chinese origin Dai Wei, very inspired by the blending of classical, pop, electro and acoustic music, at the crossroads of innovation and tradition.
