This performance, conducted by Sir Andrew Davis, features Australian Heldentenor Stuart Skelton performing highlights from Wagner’s ‘Die Walkure’ and Verdi’s ‘Otello’. Carl Vine’s ‘Microsymphony’ opens the program, bringing the dramatic elements of a symphony to life in just 12 minutes.
