​We bring the Investec International Music Festival 2020 season to a glorious close with a programme full of orchestral delights, from Elgar’s heartfelt Serenade for Strings to Schubert’s youthful Fifth Symphony, composed at just nineteen and overflowing with Mozartian energy and irresistible melodies. The ECO is joined by two extraordinary soloists—British flute virtuoso Adam Walker and Welsh soprano Elin Manahan Thomas, renowned for her entrancing performance at the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
