Charles Gounod's opera to a libretto by Jules Barbara and Michel Carre, based on a masterpiece of world literature, Johann Wolfgang Goethe's Faust. Dr. Faust, who is approaching old age, dreams of returning his youth. This desire comes true, Faust signs the pact and turns into a young man. In a changed form, she falls in love with young Małgorzata. As a result of various accidents, Małgorzata dies, and Faust discovers what a great price he had to pay for signing a pact with the devil. The current staging is a scenic adaptation of the super-spectacle directed by Beata Redo-Dobber in 2017
