The film music gala entitled "Magic Moments" lets the Vienna Konzerthaus shine in Hollywood splendour; the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra enters magical musical worlds. For example, there is a flight with extraterrestrial beings ("ET"), a ride on a flying kite ("How to train your Dragon"), a visit to Peter Pan's Neverland ("When Dreams Learn to Fly", "Hook"), a journey through time ( "Back to the Future") as well as a "Farewell to Harry Potter" with the most beautiful melodies of the film series on the program. Works by Erich Wolfgang Korngold, John Williams, Alan Silvestri and others.
