This concert features a selection of arias from Rossini’s great operas. The first part will focus on the composer’s buffo repertoire with arias from L’Italiana in Algeri, La Cenerentola, Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Il Viaggio a Reims followed by a selection of overtures, arias, and duets from Rossini’s serio masterpieces such as La Donna del lago and Semiramide. The concert is performed by internationally acclaimed Rossini singers Salome Jicia (soprano), Raffaella Lupinacci (mezzo-soprano), Pietro Adaini (tenor), and Grigory Shkarupa (bass); and, by the Rossini Symphonic Orchestra conducted by Nikolas Nägele.

يقدم الحفل تشكيلة مختارة من الأغنيات المأخوذة من أشهر أوبرات روسيني. يركز الجزء الأول على مجموعة الأعمال الكوميدية، بتقديم أغنيات من عروض أوبرا "فتاة إيطالية في الجزائر" و"سندريلا" و"حلاق إشبيلية" و"رحلة إلى الراين"، تليها تشكيلة من الافتتاحيات الموسيقية والأغنيات والثنائيات من الأعمال الدرامية الجادة، مثل : أوبرا "سيدة البحيرة" وأوبرا "سميراميس". تحيي الحفل مجموعة من أشهر مطربي أعمال روسيني العالميين، على غرار السوبرانو سالومي جيشيا، الميزو سوبرانو آنا دوريس كابيتيلي، والتينور بييترو أدايني، والباص جريجوري شكاروبا، مع أوركسترا جواكينو روسيني 
السيمفونية بقيادة المايسترو نيكولاس نيجيلي.
