The barber of Seville revisited for young and old... Five singers, a pianist and a narrator offer a "small" version of this great opera, composed in two weeks by Rossini.
The Barber of Seville , rich in serenades and pieces of bravery, fits perfectly into a playful universe. In Seville, in the 18th century, the merry barber Figaro helps Count Almaviva to conquer Rosina. But she finds herself jealously guarded by the old doctor Bartholo, who intends to marry his ward as soon as possible. Figaro is not short of ideas to counter the old man's plans. A work full of lightness, rendered with clarity and humor by excellent singers

Le barbier de Séville revisité pour petits et grands… Cinq chanteurs, une pianiste et une narratrice proposent une «petite» version de ce grand opéra, composé en deux semaines par Rossini.
Le barbier de Séville, riche en sérénades et morceaux de bravoure, s’inscrit parfaitement dans un univers ludique. A Séville, au XVIIIe siècle, le joyeux barbier Figaro aide le comte Almaviva à conquérir Rosine. Mais elle se trouve jalousement gardée par le vieux docteur Bartholo, qui compte bien épouser sa pupille au plus vite. Figaro n’est pas à court d’idées pour contrer les projets du vieillard. Une œuvre tout en légèreté, rendue avec limpidité et humour par d’excellents chanteurs
