Cinderella (La Cenerentola) is a comic opera in two acts, composed by Gioachino Rossini, after a libretto by Jacopo Ferreti, inspired by the well-known fairy tale of the American writer Charles Seddon Evans.

The main character is the poor half-sister of the two daughters of Baron Montefiascone, Don Magnifico. The two make her life bitter, until she meets Don Ramiro, Prince of Salerno, whose real identity she does not know, as he presents himself as Dandini's valet. The two fall in love at first sight, and Cinderella manages to attend a ball reserved only for the elite of the city, hearing that the chosen one will also be present, presenting herself as a lady from high society, whose presence disturbs the of the face. There she meets the prince again, but she has to leave before midnight without telling him where she can be found. Fate makes the Prince visit Don Magnifico,

"I thought a lot about how to approach Cinderella from a directorial point of view. I had a few options. First to send her to her era, to respect the era completely. Then they bring her into our era and dress her in jeans and chains and tattoos. The third option, the one I opted for, was to transpose it into the world of cartoons. Children, young people, we all are fascinated by cartoons. In this world everything is possible, that's their charm. I anchored in this area of ​​the cartoon, of the comics, but I didn't use quotes, I didn't iron, I didn't copy, I just made certain allusions to things that kids will recognize." "La Cendrillon" is an oeuvre in two acts, composed by Gioachino Rossini, d'après a libretto by Jacopo Ferreti, inspired by the célèbre conte de fées by the American writer Charles Seddon Evans.

Le personnage principal est la pauvre demi-soeur des deux filles de Montefiascone, Don Magnifico. Les deux filles se moquent d'elle, jusqu'à ce qu'elle rencontre Don Ramiro, prince de Salerne, dont il ignore l'identité reale, car il se présente comme le valet Dandini. Les deux tombent amoureux et la Cendrillon succeeded in participating in a ball reserved for the élite de la ville. Quand elle apprend que son petit ami sera présent aussi, elle dit qu'elle est une dame de la haute société dont la presence disturbe tous. Elle le retrouve encore une fois, mais elle doit partir avant minuit, sans lui dire où peut être trouvee.

Le destin fait que le prince vienne rendre visite à Don Magnifico et il remarqua quelque chose de mistérieux dans le visage de la fille.

Cenușăreasa (La Cenerentola) este o operă comică în două acte, compusă de de Gioachino Rossini, după un libret de Jacopo Ferreti, inspirată din binecunoscutul basm al scriitorului American Charles Seddon Evans.

Personajul principal este sora vitregă și săracă a celor două fiice ale baronului Montefiascone, Don Magnifico. Cele două îi fac viața amară, până când aceasta se întâlnește cu Don Ramiro, prinț de Salerno, a cărui identitate reală nu o cunoaște, întrucât acesta se prezintă drept valetul Dandini. Cei doi se îndrăgostesc la prima vedere, iar Cenușăreasa reușește să participle la un bal rezervat doar celor din elita orașului, auzind că alesul inimii va fi și el prezent, prezentându-se drept o doamnă din înalta societate, a cărei prezență îi tulbură pe cei de față. Acolo îl întâlnește, din nou, pe prin’, dar este nevoită să plece înainte de miezul nopții fără să-i spună acestuia unde poate fi găsită. Destinul face ca Prințul să vină în vizită la Don Magnifico, iar un indiciu misterios observat în seara balului îi atrage atenția la sărmana fată din casa baronului.

„M-am gândit mult cum să abordez din punct de vedere regizoral Cenușăreasa. Aveam câteva posibilități. Întâi să o trimit la epoca ei, să respecte epoca întru totul. Apoi s-o aduc în epoca noastră și s-o îmbrac în blugi și cu lanțuri, cu tatuaje. A treia variantă, cea pentru care am optat, a fost s-o transpun în lumea desenelor animate. Copiii, tinerii, noi toți suntem fascinați de desenele animate. În această lume totul e posibil, acesta este farmecul lor. M-am ancorat în această zonă a desenului animat, a benzilor desenate, dar nu am folosit citate, n-am calchiat, n-am copiat, ci doar am făcut anumite aluzii la lucruri pe care copiii le vor recunoaște.” Maestrul Cristian Mihăilescu
