Although the moon shines, it does not consume any energy. A man appears on its surface, bent under a heavy load. But it's just a play of shadow and light. The moon causes spring tides, is addictive, and in its glow people turn into wolves. Early on, people fantasized about a flight to the moon, suspecting priceless gold reserves there and wondering what might be hidden on the "dark side of the moon" for the earth dweller. The moon is dusty and freezing cold. All fantasies about him were warmer and more exciting. For a short period misshapen Earthlings cavorted on its surface, then it was quiet again. Since then, the moon has been waiting suspiciously for tourists or fearing an invasion, because something has gone badly wrong with the climate down there on the blue ball.
