La Périchole , Act II, Scene 6

One woman, two men, and all the proven Offenbach ingredients for a successful and incredible and ingenious adventure: a Peruvian change of scenery; bolero, seguedillas and other playful Spanishades; colorful heroine; thwarted amorous intrigue and tequila… All accompanied by misunderstandings in cascades which will not make the heroine lose her lucidity if we judge by her irresistible: “Ah! That men are stupid”. In short, an atmosphere in tune with the spicy sensibility of South American director Omar Porras. Duration: approximately 2h40 - Price 1 from 8 to 80 € The performances of La Périchole are given in homage to Madame Maria Murano (1918-2009), a famous artist from Bordeaux, who herself performed the title role.

La Périchole, Acte II, scène 6

Une femme, deux hommes, et tous les ingrédients éprouvés d’Offenbach pour réussir une aventure rocambolesque et ingénieuse : dépaysement péruvien ; boléro, séguedilles et autres espagnolades enjouées ; héroïne haute en couleur ; intrigue amoureuse contrariée et tequila… Le tout accompagné de quiproquos en cascades qui ne feront pas perdre à l’héroïne sa lucidité si l’on en juge par son irrésistible : « Ah ! Que les hommes sont bêtes ». Bref, une atmosphère au diapason de la sensibilité épicée du metteur en scène sud-américain Omar Porras. Durée : 2h40 environ - Tarif 1 de 8 à 80 € Les représentations de La Périchole sont données en hommage à Madame Maria Murano (1918-2009), célèbre artiste bordelaise, qui en a elle-même interprété le rôle-titre.
