The wedding of Figaro by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, signed by the director Giovanni Dispenza, will inaugurate the Orchestra season on Friday 4 October (8 pm) at the Teatro Duse, with reruns on 5 (8 pm) and 6 October (4 pm) . After last year's success with The Barber of Seville, the director from Palermo returns to the stage in via Cartoleria with a new staging of one of the most famous Mozart works, which is the backdrop to intrigues, betrayals and the love of the two protagonists, Figaro and Susanna. On the podium the conductor Matteo Parmeggiani and among the main performers - in the role of the Countess of Almaviva - the soprano Cinzia Forte, acclaimed in the works of Belcanto and particularly appreciated for her vocal agility. The singer will hold a masterclass for the occasion from Monday 1 to Sunday 7 July, in which the best students will be selected to participate in the new production of the opera. Furthermore, as for the Elixir of Love and The Barber of Seville , staged respectively in 2017 and 2018, also the staging of the Marriage of Figaro will be open to citizens who, in the month of September at the Sonato Market, will be able to participate in the workshops for the creation of costumes and sets of the opera. The production makes use of the collaboration of the Teatro Comunale of Bologna and will see the participation of the Vittore Veneziani Choral Academy of Ferrara, the Komos Coro Gay of Bologna and some training centers active in the area
