60 years after its creation at the Festival lyrique d'Aix-en-Provence, Les Caprices de Marianne , opera by Henri Sauguet based on the play by Alfred de Musset, finds a new breath in a production bringing together all the know-how of fifteen opera houses in France. Served by young artists, the music, inventive and refined by the Bordeaux composer, offers the opportunity, in Bordeaux moreover, to rediscover the charms of an unjustly little-known work.
Claude Rostand Grand Prize for the best opera in the region for the 2014-2015 season awarded by the Syndicat de la Critique theatre, music and dance.

60 ans après sa création au Festival lyrique d'Aix-en-Provence, Les Caprices de Marianne, opéra d'Henri Sauguet d'après la pièce d'Alfred de Musset, retrouve un nouveau souffle dans une production réunissant tout le savoir-faire d'une quinzaine de maisons d'opéra en France. Servie par de jeunes artistes, la musique, inventive et raffinée du compositeur bordelais, offre l'occasion, à Bordeaux qui plus est, de redécouvrir les charmes d'une œuvre injustement méconnue.
Grand prix Claude Rostand du meilleur spectacle lyrique en région au titre de la saison 2014-2015 décerné par le Syndicat de la Critique théâtre, musique et danse.
