Im Mittelpunkt des Konzerts steht das Werk „limited approximations“ von Georg Friedrich Haas aus dem Jahr 2010 mit einer einzigartigen, akustisch sehr spannenden Besetzung: Sechs mikrotonal gegeneinander verstimmte Klaviere kommen zum Konzethausorchester als Soloinstrumente hinzu. Mit zwei weiteren „unerhörten“ Werke erwartet Sie an diesem Abend ein „Kontinuum des Klangrauschs“ über fünf Jahrhunderte.

A unique and logistically very complex instrumentation can be found in the score of Haas’ “limited approximations” from 2010: six pianos microtonally detuned against one another as solo instruments.
