n diesem Kammermusikabend musizieren die Philharmoniker:innen gemeinsam mit dem Pianisten Hiroto Saigusa und der Sopranistin Marie Hänsel.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart hat sein Trio in Es-Dur angeblich während eines Aufenthaltes auf der Kegelbahn geschrieben. Deshalb trägt es auch den Beinamen Kegelstatt-Trio. Ungewöhnlich ist aber nicht nur der Entstehungsort, sondern auch die Besetzung: Klarinette, Viola und Klavier. Die drei Instrumente bestreiten eine Unterhaltung zwischen gleichberechtigten Partnern, mal etwas heiterer, mal etwas ernster, aber stets geprägt von gutem Einvernehmen.

Im Werkverzeichnis von Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy findet sich eine große Anzahl von Kammermusik. Vor allem die Streichinstrumente, manchmal in Verbindung mit Klavier, hat er dabei bedacht. Die Verwendung von Bläsern beschränkt sich auf wenige Ausnahmen. 1832 entstanden die beiden Konzertstücke für Klarinette, Bassetthorn und Klavier. Interessant ist es, die etwas dunklere, weichere Klangfarbe des zur Klarinettenfamilie gehörenden Bassetthorns neben dem bekannteren Klarinettenklang zu erleben.

Der zweite Teil dieses Konzertes widmet sich der Kammermusik mit Gesang, Klarinette und Klavier. Zunächst erklingt eine der schönsten Konzertarien von Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Schon lacht der holde Frühling. Louis Spohr, erfolgreicher Violinvirtuose und Komponist von Opern, Sinfonien und Kammermusik, sah auch seine Liedschöpfungen immer von den anderen Gattungen beeinflusst. So wundert es nicht, dass er bei den Sechs deutschen Lieder op. 103 nicht nur das obligatorische Klavier verwendet, sondern die Klarinette als spannende Musizierpartnerin hinzugefügt hat. Giacomo Meyerbeer war einer der erfolgreichsten Opernkomponisten des 19. Jahrhunderts und gilt als Meister der französischen Grand opéra. Ganz anders als seine großformatigen Bühnenwerke kommt das bezaubernde Hirtenlied nach einem Gedicht von Ludwig Rellstab daher, das die ländliche Idylle mit Himmelsblau, blumiger Au‘, Sonnenschein und Vogelgesang beschreibt.

It is said that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart wrote his Trio in E flat major during a stay at the bowling alley. That is why it is also known as the Kegelstatt Trio . Not only the place of origin is unusual, but also the instrumentation: clarinet, viola and piano. The three instruments deny a conversation between equal partners, sometimes a little more cheerful, sometimes a little more serious, but always characterized by good understanding.

A large number of chamber music works can be found in Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy's catalog raisonné. Above all, he considered the string instruments, sometimes in connection with the piano. The use of brass is limited to a few exceptions. In 1832 the two concert pieces for clarinet, basset horn and piano were written. It is interesting to experience the somewhat darker, softer timbre of the basset horn, which belongs to the clarinet family, alongside the more familiar clarinet sound.

The second part of this concert is dedicated to chamber music with voice, clarinet and piano. First of all, one of the most beautiful concert arias by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart can be heard . Louis Spohr, successful violin virtuoso and composer of operas, symphonies and chamber music, always saw his song creations influenced by other genres. So it is not surprising that he not only used the obligatory piano in the Six German Songs op. 103, but also added the clarinet as an exciting musical partner. Giacomo Meyerbeer was one of the most successful opera composers of the 19th century and is considered a master of French grand opéra. The enchanting shepherd's song based on a poem by Ludwig Rellstab, which describes the rural idyll with sky blue, flowery meadows, sunshine and birdsong, is completely different from his large-format stage works.
