Peter Pan is the childhood hero who never wants to grow up. The flying adventurer takes his girlfriend Wendy and her little brothers John and Michael on a journey to Neverland: A land as diverse as a dream world that can only come from the richness of a child's imagination. There are gruesome pirates, magical fairies, lost boys, mermaids and ticking crocodiles, all making for a ton of adventure.

Composer George Stiles transforms the timeless fairy tale by James M. Barrie into a gripping musical: action-packed pirate saber-rattling, dizzying flights and touching moments of true friendship. The captivating story about Wendy and Peter Pan invites young and old on an exciting journey and to dream of staying a child forever.

Together with the children's and youth choir CANTAMUS, the musical course at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and members of the ensemble of the Staatstheater Kassel, a stage spectacle is being created that combines fantasy worlds and children's dreams with big questions: What does it mean to be an adult? And what is possible if we only believe in it hard enough?

The director Nora Bussenius has celebrated many successes with her productions for young audiences and was most recently engaged  with Anneliese at the Junges Staatstheater+ with Peterchens Mondfahrt .
