Nel centesimo anniversario dalla sua nascita, un omaggio al grande intellettuale Pier Paolo Pasolini. Quest’opera “sferica”, così definita dal Maestro Giorgio Battistelli, nasce tra la sinergia tra il Teatro Stabile di Bolzano e la nostra Fondazione e intreccia parole, musica e immagini. Scritti Corsari e Lettere Luterane, ma anche la poesia del grande intellettuale, saranno il tessuto drammaturgico che daranno vita alle cinque voci recitanti. La nostra Orchestra, diretta da Marco Angius, suonerà musiche di Bach, Barber, Ives e Pärt. Con PPP. Profeta Corsaro vogliamo mettere in luce la contemporaneità del pensiero di Pasolini e, allo stesso tempo, demarcarne le visioni poetiche, innovatrici e profetiche della sua opera. Scritti Corsari e Lettere Luterane ci permettono di riflettere sul tempo che stiamo vivendo. Pasolini li scrisse cinquant’anni fa e ancora oggi la sua analisi brilla per lucidità e lungimiranza e rappresenta un valido strumento di lettura di una crisi dell’uomo nel suo rapporto col mondo. PPP. Profeta Corsaro si muove esplorando possibilità di linguaggi nuovi, ricerca l’interazione tra la presenza in scena degli attori e di un’orchestra sinfonica e fa dialogare l’azione con l’immagine.

On the hundredth anniversary of his birth, a tribute to the great intellectual Pier Paolo Pasolini. This “spherical” opera, as defined by Maestro Giorgio Battistelli, was born between the synergy between the Teatro Stabile di Bolzano and our Foundation and intertwines words, music and images. Writings Corsairs and Lutheran Letters, but also the poetry of the great intellectual, will be the dramaturgical fabric that will give life to the five reciting voices. Our Orchestra, conducted by Marco Angius, will play music by Bach, Barber, Ives and Pärt. With PPP. Profeta Corsaro we want to highlight the contemporaneity of Pasolini's thought and, at the same time, demarcate the poetic, innovative and prophetic visions of his work. Corsair Writings and Lutheran Letters allow us to reflect on the time we are living in. Pasolini wrote them fifty years ago and still today his analysis shines for clarity and foresight and represents a valid instrument for reading a crisis of man in his relationship with the world. PPP. Profeta Corsaro moves by exploring the possibilities of new languages, looking for the interaction between the presence on stage of the actors and a symphonic orchestra and making the action dialogue with the image.
