We return to Vienna and the time of the Waltz Kings, listening to the beautiful music of Lehar and the family Strauss. Of course, who else should sit at the grand piano to play this most beautiful music but Stephen Hose, who has promised us waltzes from the ‘The Merry Widow’, ‘Die Fledermaus’, and naturally ‘The Blue Danube’. The menu will be traditional Austrian dishes of schnitzel and strudel cooked by our chef who is of Austrian decent. This will be an exceptional lunch eaten under the vines now turning all the colours of autumn.
