Ilya Kutyukhin

Born in Pyatigorsk, Russia; Ilya is currently in the ensemble of the Bolshoi Theater. He was a member of the prestigious Young Singers Project at The Salzburg Festival, where he will appeared in both Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk conducted by Mariss Jansons in a new production by Andreas Kriegenburg and in concert performances of Lucrezia Borgia conducted by Marco Armiliato. This season, Ilya will make his Opéra national de Paris debut as Figaro in Il barbiere di Siviglia. From November 2014 to June 2017, Ilya was a member of the Young Artist Program of The Bolshoi Theatre where he studied with Dmitry Vdovin.
