John Tenaglia
Biografia
John Tenaglia Baritone, was born in South Philadelphia. He attended The Philadelphia College of the Performing Arts where he graduated with a Masters of Music in voice/opera. Mr. Tenaglia spent most of his career specializing in the Italian Verismo Operas. On October 20,2019 Mr. Tenaglia was honored to be asked to sing in a memorial concert for the esteemed South Philadelphia born Conductor Alfonso Cavaliere. This also coincides with John’s induction into the South Philadelphia High School Cultural Hall of Fame on September 13, 2020. On May of 2016 at the Kimmel Center’s Perelman Theater, John performed with the legendary soprano Aprile Millo and international tenor John Horton Murray as well as many other acclaimed opera singers in this verismo concert.
