Laure Barras

Laure Barras begins her career in Switzerland in roles such as Giulia (La Scala di Seta), Berta (Barbiere di Siviglia) and Papagena (Zauberflöte). She recently made her debut in Montreal, Canada with Emile in Le Quatrième Enfant Lune by Oriol Tomas, at the Lucerne String Festival with Barmherzigkeit in Die Schuldigkeit des ersten Gebotes (Mozart) as well as with the Cameristi della Scala. From 2013 to 2015, Laure Barras joins the Studio of the Opera of Lyon where she sings Laurie in The Tenderland, the second Niece in Peter Grimes, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet (B.Blacher) and Frasquita in Carmen.
