Katja Boost, alto, sang last season the Part of Filipjewna in Eugen Onegin at the opera of Kaiserslautern, where she sang last season a main role in Schrekers "Irrelohe".From 2000 to 2004 she was a regular company member of Cologne's Bühnen derStadt Köln. The parts she sang there included Ino in Semele, Princesse Clarissa in TheLove to the Three Oranges and Erda in both The Rhinegold and Siegfried. Furtherparts in the Ring were the First Norn (Lisbon) and the Second Norn and the Valkyrie Schwertleite. Before, KatjaBoost had been a member of the Junges Ensemble der Bayerischen Staatsoper inMunich.
